try saying"对不起" instead of "sorry".
that day i said "对不起" to someone, i felt that its from my heart, donno why but just felt something different in my heart. probably is the felling of sorry.
we are so used to saying "sorry" that we are no longer feeling sincere and it become part of our commonly use vocab. that we'll add a "loh" behind.
"sorry loh" makes it sound so insincere.
* when "loh" or "lor" is added to any word, it sound very insincere, try stop using them.
